ABOVE is our building #3 located at 101 Ford Street with over 15,000 square feet of light manufacturing, administrative offices or commercial storage space. This is an 1842 timber frame/post and beam building that was originally the 'Island Bag Mill'. This is believed to be one of the largest of its era still in existence and it is being renovated by Rustic Structures, LLC of Salem, New York. It is a two-story fully sprinklered building with a loading dock. There will be hot water heat, central air conditioning , 460 volt/ 800 amp/ 3 phase power, 2" city gas main and 4" city water main and high-efficiency lighting. It will be completed in spring 2007.
