ABOVE is our Building #3 located at 101 Ford Street with over 13,500 square feet of  light manufacturing, administrative offices or commercial storage space. This structure was built in 1842. It is a timber frame/post and beam building that was originally the 'Island Bag Mill'. It sits along the majestic Kaydeross Creek and the Gordon Creek. This is believed to be one of the largest of its era still in existence and it is being renovated by Rustic Structures, LLC of Salem, New York. It is a two-story fully sprinklered building with a loading dock.   There will be hot water heat, central air conditioning , 208 volt/ 400 amp/ 3 phase power, 2" city gas main and 4" city water main and high-efficiency lighting. It will be completed in summer 2009.

          


ABOVE
is our Building #4 30 Saratoga Avenue (corner Ralph St and Kent St) with 17,500 square feet of  clear span light manufacturing, administrative offices and commercial storage space. This facility was completed in 2004 and has two loading docks and one at-grade drive-in door. There is a hot air heat high-efficient heating system, 460 volt/ 800 amp/ 3 phase power , 2" city gas main and 2" city water main. We also have a large paved parking lot for all of your employees vehicles. The facility is beautifully maintained year round.
             

 

ABOVE is our Building #5 located at 100 Ford Street with 7,500 square feet of clear-span light manufacturing and administrative offices. This facility was completed in 2006 with two loading docks and one at-grade overhead door. There is gas heat, central air conditioning, 208 volt/ 400 amp/ 3 phase power.
