It is a timber frame/post and beam building that was originally the 'Island Bag Mill'. It sits along the majestic Kaydeross Creek and the Gordon Creek. This is believed to be one of the largest of its era still in existence and it is being renovated by Rustic Structures, LLC of Salem, New York. It is a two-story fully sprinklered building with a loading dock. There will be hot water heat, central air conditioning , 208 volt/ 400 amp/ 3 phase power, 2" city gas main and 4" city water main and high-efficiency lighting. It will be completed in summer 2009. |
